hot chocolate love infusion

Ingredients:

  • maple syrup

  • cardamom pods

  • rose petals

  • cacao powder

  • water

  • milk of choice

Cardamom syrup:

  • in 1 cup of boiled water steep 10-12 cardamom pods for 20-30min

  • add 1 cup of maple syrup and bring to a low simmer for another 2-3 min

  • turn off heat and wait until syrup is cool before straining into a jar

Rose tea:

  • steep about 3-4 TBSP of rose petals in 32oz of just boiled water, covered for 15-20min

  • use the rose tea instead of plain water to mix in with the cacao powder

Cacao:

  • for a single serving heat up 8-12oz of rose tea

  • once tea is almost boiling stir in 1 TBSP of cacao powder into rose tea until dissolved

  • bring heat to med-low and keep stirring

  • pour in 1-2oz of milk of choice and stir until incorporated and warm

  • pour into a cute mug and add in 1-3tsp of syrup to taste

  • drink up the love!!
